Söderberg & Partners has bought minority stakes in London wealth management firm Vintage Wealth Management and Croydon-based PK Financial for undisclosed sums.
The Swedish advice business has now purchased six UK firms in total after receiving €200mn (£172.2mn) from minority owner KKR.
Vintage is a group of financial services businesses and has more than £1.1bn of funds under management.
The group comprises Barnet Financial, Vintage Asset Management, Vintage Wealth Management, Vintage Corporate and Vintage Health.
Vintage also has its own professional network called the JV Network.
Meanwhile, PK Financial is led by directors Prakash Patel and Jonathan Kelly and has £150mn of funds under management.
Söderberg & Partners CEO Gustaf Rentzhog, said: “In Vintage we see a scalable platform with strong infrastructure and a fast-growing professional network, while PK Financial has exceptional levels of client service which we think will serve it well for the future.”
The deals come after Söderberg & Partners became a minority shareholder in Generation FS back in December 2023, which marked its fourth purchase of the year.
Prior to this, in November the firm said it was launching a platform to the UK market, powered by Seccl as part of its aim to offer end-to-end advice solutions.
